Preventive efforts through educational interventions are therefore essential to foster students’ awareness and understanding of respectful and positive social interactions. This community service program aimed to increase students’ knowledge and awareness regarding bullying prevention at MI At-Taqwa, Gandasoli Village, Tanjung Siang District, Subang Regency. The program employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach consisting of observation, planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Educational activities were conducted through interactive lectures, discussions, educational video screenings, question-and-answer sessions, and role-playing exercises designed to help students identify bullying behaviors and appropriate responses. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ understanding of the forms, causes, and impacts of bullying, as well as strategies for preventing bullying in the school environment. Students demonstrated increased empathy, mutual respect, and willingness to create positive peer relationships. The active participation of teachers and students also contributed to the effectiveness of the program. The main problems faced by the partners included unplanned tourism promotion, limited skills in digital content production, and the absence of a structured social media publication calendar. The program was implemented through community education, training, content calendar workshops, digital promotion mentoring, and participatory evaluation through observation, discussion, and activity monitoring. The results showed an increase in participants’ understanding of the role of social media as a promotional tool, destination branding medium, and instrument for strengthening community participation in tourism management. Participants also began to identify local tourism potential, formulate content ideas, design posting schedules, and understand the use of social media features such as reels, stories, and live streaming. This activity created an initial impact on more structured, creative, and sustainable digital promotion management for Liyangan Tourism Village. However, several challenges remain, including limited digital devices, internet access, and participants’ technical experience. Limited understanding of the forms, consequences, and prevention of bullying is one of the factors that may contribute to the occurrence of such behavior among students. This community service activity aimed to strengthen anti-bullying literacy through a bullying prevention socialization program for students of MTs Al-Qornis Pamarayan, Serang Regency. The program was conducted in April 2026 and involved students as the primary participants. The implementation methods included educational sessions covering the concept of bullying, various forms of bullying, the impacts experienced by victims and perpetrators, as well as strategies for preventing and addressing bullying within the school environment. The activity was also supported by interactive discussions and question-and-answer sessions to encourage active participation and improve students’ understanding. The results indicated that participants showed strong enthusiasm throughout the program. Students demonstrated improved awareness and understanding of bullying characteristics, the importance of creating a safe and supportive school environment, and their role in preventing and reporting bullying incidents. The activity contributed positively to increasing anti-bullying literacy and awareness among students. Therefore, similar educational and socialization programs should be implemented continuously as preventive efforts to foster a friendly, safe, and bullying-free school culture. However, the successful implementation of bureaucratic reform depends not only on regulatory compliance but also on the capacity of public officials to formulate operational, measurable, and sustainable action plans. This community service activity aimed to strengthen the capacity of public officials in the Government of Rembang Regency in designing bureaucratic reform action plans based on organizational problems and performance improvement needs. The activity involved 50 participants representing regional government agencies and subdistrict offices. The implementation method combined community education, technical training, consultation, mentoring, and participatory evaluation. Data were collected through participatory observation, focused group discussions, document reviews, activity documentation, and analysis of participants’ work products. The results indicate an increased understanding among participants regarding outcome-oriented bureaucratic reform and the importance of evidence-based planning. Participants were able to identify priority organizational issues related to public service delivery, administrative compliance, performance management, inter-unit coordination, and monitoring mechanisms. In addition, the activity produced preliminary bureaucratic reform action plans containing problem identification, objectives, performance indicators, targets, implementation strategies, responsible actors, data sources, and evaluation mechanisms. The activity concludes that technical assistance and continuous mentoring are essential to support the transformation of bureaucratic reform from a compliance-oriented approach into a problem-solving and performance-driven practice. However, village officials often face challenges related to asset inventory, administration, legal status, and asset utilization in accordance with applicable regulations. This community service program aimed to strengthen the capacity of village officials in managing village assets through asset management training conducted in Sukabares Village, Waringin Kurung District, Serang Regency. The program was implemented through educational sessions, training workshops, interactive discussions, and practical assistance in preparing village asset administration documents. The training materials covered fundamental concepts of asset management, asset inventory procedures, legal audits, asset valuation, asset optimization strategies, as well as monitoring and control mechanisms. Participants included village officials, members of the Village Consultative Body (BPD), village asset managers, and community representatives. The results demonstrated an improvement in participants’ understanding of proper village asset governance, particularly regarding asset recording procedures, ownership identification, and inventory administration practices. Furthermore, participants were able to identify key challenges in village asset management and formulate practical solutions to address existing issues. The program contributed positively to enhancing institutional capacity and promoting more accountable, transparent, and sustainable village asset governance.
