The rapid development of information technology has created wider opportunities for interaction between politics, bureaucracy, and society in the governance process. Communities now have greater access to participate directly in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of public policies. This transformation encourages governments to adopt digital based governance systems known as electronic government or e government. E government is not limited to the existence of government websites on the internet, but involves broader processes and institutional structures that facilitate various forms of electronic interaction between government institutions and citizens. These interactions aim to improve transparency, accountability, efficiency, and democratic participation in public administration. The implementation of e government requires not only advanced information and communication technology infrastructure but also a comprehensive transformation of bureaucratic systems and organizational culture. Public officials are expected to develop greater awareness of their responsibilities and perform their duties in a neutral, professional, and service oriented manner. Technological advancement also brings significant administrative and cultural changes that challenge traditional governance practices. Therefore, strong leadership commitment is necessary to ensure the effective adoption and professional use of information technology within public institutions. Furthermore, the emergence and rapid development of artificial intelligence increasingly supports the effectiveness of e government, particularly in improving the quality, speed, and responsiveness of public services. Effective collaboration and synergy among government, the private sector, and society are essential to optimize the implementation of digital governance and artificial intelligence in achieving more transparent, responsive, and efficient public administration.
